Session 1 - Yumminess & Relaxation
With the support of cushions and yoga blocks, inverting the head to cushions, resting the neck and relaxing the legs.

Session 2 - A Gentle Self Massage
Folding over the legs, massaging the belly and relaxing the head to release the neck.

Session 3 - Guided Yoga Nidra
Lying down guided meditation to rest the entire body. This yoga nidra is for calming deeply the body and the mind. No concentration needed.

Session 4 - Divine Decompression
Resting your back on the floor, with a strap massaging the neck and stretching the back of legs.

For these classes you will need big cushions, yoga blocks, strap or belt, blankets and a soft mat. Suitable for all levels
