Enjoy each and one of the 4 calming classes focused on:

1 - Lower Back Care,
Lying down on the floor, with some cushions, taking care of your lower back, stretching and relaxing. Low impact class for your spine , shoulders and neck.

2 - Coordination & Balance,
Standing sequence, moving slowly creating coordination of arms and legs, blocks as support to find balance.

3 - Stretch of Back & Side Body,
Standing combination of poses, to stretch the back of the legs, move with the breath and release the side body

4- Grounding by Standing and Gently Holding Yoga Poses.
Gentle movement between standing poses, breathing in the transition and feeling grounded in the feet.
